It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick A. Getz (Mount Union, Pennsylvania), born in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Getz and Phyllis Getz (Yocum); and his siblings, Charles Getz and Debora Ardrey. He is survived by: his daughter Jennie Lewis (Brian); his granddaughter Jacqueline Shives; his great grandchild Brooklyn Godart; his siblings, Russell Getz (Meda) and Louise Cortez; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Getz and Jim Ardrey; and his nephews, Terry Getz and Larry Grubb. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
