She was predeceased by: her parents, John Welch and Ella Welch (Secrest); her former husband William "Billy" Whitsel; her husband Frank "Pete" Conner; and her siblings, Mary Conner, John, Jim and Barry Welch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Murphy (Randall) of Shade Gap and Vickie Heidel of Three Springs; her grandchildren, Randall Murphy Jr. (Stephanie), Stacie Ulsh (Howard), Ron Heidel (Terri) and Dave Heidel; and her siblings, Ella Grace Smith, Wanda Horne and Benny Welch. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
