It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Hobbs (Mount Union, Pennsylvania), born in Dixonville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sr. Norris and Marguerite Norris (Horn); her husband Donald J. Hobbs; her daughter Jana Fisher; her son-in-law Jess Rhone; and her siblings, William Norris Jr. and Wanda Beatty.
She is survived by: her son Donald J. "Jim" Hobbs Jr. (Cindy); her son-in-law Jon Fisher; her grandchildren, Mark W. Hobbs (Melissa), Joseph A. Rhone (Brooke), Renae D. Suchan (Jason), Wesley J. Rhone, Elise C. Fisher (Dakota), Jonna D. Fisher (Bryan) and Ashlee D. Sunderland; and her great grandchildren, Seth Nearhood, Wyatt Rhone, John Luke Suchan, Maddox Hobbs, Kinslee Swope, Liam Rhone, Demi Rhone, Charley Rhone and Kohen Sunderland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
