He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Richard and Virginia Mae Gutshall (Hoffman); his son Doug Gutshall; and his siblings, Pat Jenkins and David Gutshall.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Rhonda Knepper (Leroy) of Three Springs, Richard Gutshall (Tammy) of Three Springs and Perry Gutshall of Three Springs; and his sister Ella James of Rawlings, MD.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
