He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Knepper and Nellie Knepper (Yingling); and his siblings, Ladema Barnett, Chalmer Knepper and Pryor Knepper.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Merrill Kerlin of Hagerstown, MD, Carl Barnett (Pat), LaVonna Greene, Marklesburg, Nellie Jack (Johnny), Elmer Barnett of Dillwyn, VA, Glenn Barnett (Connie) and Everett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Center United Methodist Church or the Fairview Church, Three Springs, PA.
