She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan DeDios Santini and Carmen Maria Martinez. She is survived by: her husband Deacon Jose Munoz; and her children, Jose Munoz Jr. of Mount Pocono and Jacqueline Irizarry (George) of Mount Pocono. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandson; and one nephew.
