He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Wernimont-Butkevits (Florio); and his stepfather Vincent Butkevits. He is survived by: his father Roy Wernimont of Reeders; his daughters, Mikaela C. Wernimont of Orlando and Rachel I. Wernimont of Pembroke Pines, Florida; his sister Janice E. Wernimont of Long Island; his stepmother Margaret; and his nephew Niko Rodriguez. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
