He is survived by: his sister Katherine King Turner; his nephews, Donald Hall and Doug Hall (Angela); his niece Debra Boyles; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dean Hall and Doug Hall, Jr.; his close friends, Uming and Sherry MacKenzie; and his friend Shirley.
