She was predeceased by: her parents, John Melillo and Caroline Melillo (Farina); her husband Daniel J. Mollica; her son Daniel Mollica; and her siblings, Leo Melillo and Carolyn Magnotti.
She is survived by: her children, John Mollica, Gerard Mollica, Dawn Regina (Thomas) and Laurie Ann Hanzimanolis (Thomas); her sister Diane Debiase (John); and her grandchildren, John, Joseph, Gabrielle, Danielle, Taylor, Dimitri, Nicholas, Alexa, Daniel and Allison.
