He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stephen J. Luscian, Sr. and Reita Luscian (Davis); his wife Joan L. Luscian (Stewart); his children, Stephen J. Luscian, III (Joyce), Barbara J. Warunek (Joseph), Wendy Fetterman (John) and Christian Luscian (Joann); and his sister Jacqueline Nufer.

The family requests that those attending observe appropriate social distancing and mask guidelines. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
