She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam A. Domurat and Frances P. Balcerek Domurat; her husband John A. Smetak; her siblings, John Domurat and Betty J. Balcerek; and her son-in-law Terry W. Lytle.
She is survived by: her children, John R. Smetak (Daria), David Smetak and Linda Lytle; and her friend Loretta Keefer.
