He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Lewis and Cassia Lewis (Pottieger). He is survived by: his sons, Robert T. Lewis (Cheryl) of Mohnton, Russell D. Lewis, Jr. (Kelly) of Oley and David A. Lewis (Samantha) of Pottstown. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
