He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Brougher and Anna Brougher (Palitti); and his wife Janet Brougher (Bossick). He is survived by: his children, David J. Brougher (Cassandra), Brian Brougher (Kimberly) and Laura Vick (James); his grandson Corbin Reed Brougher; and his brothers, Paul and Kenneth Brougher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
