She was predeceased by: her father Joseph R. Lesko; her husband John W. "Jack" Pisula; her son John M. Pisula Sr.; and her siblings, Gerald Lesko, Joseph "Sonny" Lesko, Corinne of Nebraska, Shirley Patik, Barbara Dombrosky and Marie Lesko.
She is survived by: her grandson John Michael Pisula; her great grandchildren, Brynn and Bryce Pisula; her daughter-in-law Angie Barnes; her stepgranddaughter Amanda Fess Williams; her stepgreat-granddaughter Morgan Williams; her siblings-in-law, Linda Lesko, Kathy Lesko, Cecelia Pisula and James Pisula (Marlene); and her friend Rita Gyurke. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
