He is survived by: his wife Betty Hoffman Reita; his children, Dianne and Kenneth (Christina); his grandchildren, Ava and Gavin of Carmel, Indiana; his sister Renee Breide; his siblings-in-law, Jane Brosnick, Vera Hoffman and Robert Ribich; and his nieces and nephews, Karissa Demi and George Ribich.
