We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2020, at the age of 98, Robert J. McGivern of Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, born in Scottdale, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix McGivern and Anna C. Schlinger McGivern; his former wife Mary Louise Whaley McGivern; and his siblings, Vincent, Harry Regis, Anna Marie and Bernice McGivern Hebda.
He is survived by: his wife Louise M. Jackson McGivern; his sons, Marc, Brian of Connellsville and Dennis (Karen); and his grandchildren, Timothy of Mt. Pleasant, Shaun (Tina) of Greensburg and Erin Waller (Dave) of Pittsburgh.
Following the Covid-19 guidelines, only 25 people are permitted in the Funeral Home at one time. CDC guidelines for social distancing will be followed and facemasks are required.
