He was predeceased by: his parents, Welby Allen and Lucille Bollinger Francis. He is survived by: his sons, Robert J. Francis (Patty) and Scott Francis (Adrienne); his grandsons, Jack and Thomas Francis; and his sisters, Shirley Janick and Marilyn Sestock (Jim).
