He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Stout and Gloria Oppman Stout; his son Matthew Stout; and his sister-in-law Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stout; his daughter Stacey Sweeney (Francis); his granddaughters, Tessa and Skya Sweeney; his daughter Jessica Stout; his grandson Braid Stout; his brothers, Gregory, Gary and Rodney; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda and Ruth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
