DeSimone (Denise Balest) of Salina, PA, Jeffrey DeSimone (Jennifer) of Avonmore, Christine DeSimone of Avonmore and David DeSimone (Kimberly) of Avonmore; the mother of his children Barbara Novasel; his stepchildren, Patty Ann, Pam, Cindy, Ralph, Jeff and Tom; his grandchildren, Bryan Balest, Tyler Johnson, Trevor, Rachel Brooke, Colby, Ava, Teresa and Anastasia; and his brothers, Peter DeSimone and Richard DeSimone (Martha) of Warren, PA.. He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren and 8 step great grandchildren.
