He is survived by: his wife Rose Snyder Richter Cramer; his children, Jennifer Dawn Cramer, Shelly Marie Cramer, Reid and John Richter; and his grandchildren, Brittany Pasqualle, Markie Puzak, Matthew (Jessica Long) and Reid Richter (Isabelle Richter).
