He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Levendusky; and his sister Karen. He is survived by: his mother Carrie Levendusky; his significant other Debbie; and his siblings, Deborah, Stephen, Alan, Kimberly, Michael and Kristen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
