She is survived by: her husband Homer E. Underwood; her children, David Underwood (Judith) of Everson, Shawn Underwood (Heather) of Hostetter and Melanie Shaffer (Jason) of Carpentertown; her grandchildren, Stephanie Hixson (Jesse), Joshua Underwood (Emily), Devon Shirley, Kasey Price, Joshua Shirley, Hannah Underwood, Daniel Underwood, Jessica Leigh, Samantha Shaffer, Dylan Shaffer, Amber Shaffer and David; her great grandchildren, Addison Hixson, Shauna Underwood, Tucker Hixson, Maxwell Ramela, Sillett and Audrey Sillett; her siblings, Lydia Larrabee (Ron) of Jacksonville and Walter Gaffney (Sue) of Latrobe; and her mothers-in-law, Alice Booher of Mount Pleasant, Dorothy Booher (Chris) of Mount Pleasant and Betty Underwood of Mount Pleasant. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
