She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Shawley and Ethel Koontz Shawley; her former husband George J. Klaka, Sr.; her siblings, Nellie Mae Keslar, John, Edward S., William "Dave" and Lloyd Shawley; and her stepsons, Albert and Ronald Klejka.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Taylor; her children, George "Jim" Klaka, Jr. (Donna), Ethel Robison (Gordon), Anita Warrick (Edward), Mary Ellen Piper (Timothy) and Bridget Ballew (Wayne); her grandchildren, James Klaka, Mathew Keefer, Jennifer Warrick, Joshua, Justin Piper, Stephanie Petersen and Michael Meyers (Brandy); her great grandchildren, Katara, Caleb, Colton, Sophia, Arabella, Everett and Makayla; her stepchildren, Bernadine Barnum (Ronald), Stanley Klejka (Gail), James C. Klejka (Patricia), Jacob Klejka (Joyce), Mark Taylor (Vanessa), Ronald Taylor (Cindy) and Lee Taylor (Dee); and her stepdaughter-in-law Delores Klejka. She is also survived by step grandchildren and great grandchildren and also nieces and nephews.
