She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hohman and Anna Havrenak Hohman; her son John Swartz; her stepbrother Charles Hohman; and her siblings, Fred, Dan, William, Franklin, Robert Hohman, Catherine, Mary, Clara, Blanche and Myrtle.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Swartz; her children, Thomas Swartz and Gary Swartz (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Joann Brown; her grandsons, Gavin Swartz (Madison), Dalton Swartz, John Swartz, Jr. and Timothy Weinman; and her stepgrandchildren, Jesse Carnes (Lindsay) and Nicholas Carnes. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Slater-Rega Funeral & Cremation Services Inc. (730 W Main St, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
