He was predeceased by: his parents, Messemore Cramer and Naomi Smith Cramer. He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Balcerek Cramer; his children, Angie C. Keim (John) of Scottdale, Arron M. Cramer (Floyd Shroyer) of Mt. Pleasant, Scott M. "Spike" Cramer of Mt. Pleasant and Larry "Docie" Cramer (Annette) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Payton Shroyer, Theresa Thomas and Chase Cramer; and his siblings, Rusty Cramer, Danny Cramer, Linda Cook and Joyce Janitor.
