She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Bellush and Nellie Lesniak Bellush; her son Daniel R. Pytlak; and her siblings, Edward Bellush and Ann Dzambo.
She is survived by: her daughter Maryann Stolitca (Steve) of Acme; her grandchildren, Steve Stolitca (Ruth) and Stefanie Jodzis (Henry); her great grandchildren, Briaunna, Dekota and Colton; and her siblings, Patty Beranek of Mount Pleasnt, Carol Dawson of Mount Pleasant, Robert Bellush of Latrobe and Bernard Bellush of North Carolina. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
