She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Witek and Mary Shea Witek; her former husband Paul Nemeth; and her siblings, Walter, Joseph, Alice, Helen and Joanne.
She is survived by: her husband John Cernuska; her brother Edward Witek (Leona) of Irwin; her children, Paul "Patrick" Nemeth (Susan) of North Huntingdon, Janice Frederick (Terry) of Mt. Pleasant, Mark Nemeth of Hecla and Colleen Hall (Larry) of Delaware; her grandchildren, Jennifer Einfalt (Kirk), Jocelyn Martin-Frederick, Mark Nemeth Jr. (Jennifer), Rachel Young (Hampton) and Anna Hall; and her great grandchildren, Madeline, Natalie, Nathan, Ava, Mina, Carson and Nyx. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
