Payne Jr., Gary Lowe (Mary Ann) and Clint Lowe (Connie); and his cousins, Donald J. Payne (Amy), Melanie Walker (Paul), Michelle Ladewig (Brian), Laura Payne (Henry), Cynthia Payne, Derek Payne, Brian Payne and Stacy Lowe.
