He is survived by: his mother Florence Wiltrout Eutsey of Connellsville; his wife Rosellen Cheek Eutsey; his children, William Eutsey (Wendy) of Leechburg and Lynette James (Jeffrey) of Monroeville; his stepgrandchildren, Travis, Misti and Abby; his siblings, Barbara Relick (Mike) of Latrobe and James Eutsey; and his pet Zoey.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Breakneck Church of God, 782 Breakneck Rd., Connellsville, Pa. 15425 in memory of John E. Eutsey.
