He is survived by: his wife Beverly Heller Rogacki; his children, John Rogacki, Adriane of Portland, OR., Joseph Kachinko (Heather) of Nashville, TN and Jonella Creighton of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Jacob Kachinko, Lillian Rose Rogacki-DeKalb, Hunter and Taylor Kliner; and his sister Judith Collins (Ed) of Greensburg.
