He is survived by: his children, John J. Kolonosky (Tammie) and Lisa Durst (Brian); his son-in-law Ronald Smen; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Smen (Rachael), Heather Cosalter (Bill), Jillian Helms (Eric), John B. Kolonosky, Brook Durst and Claire Durst; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Kolonosky, Mia Cosalter and Theodore Helms.
Following CDC Guidelines, face masks must be worn at the Funeral Home and in Church and Social Distancing must be maintained.
