He is survived by: his wife Loretta McKee Kalbaugh; his children, Jerry Kalbaugh Jr. (Christy), Kelly Kalbaugh, Tracy Frank (Randall), Elaine Suda, Debbie Cain and Brenda Swartz; and his brothers, Robert Kalbaugh (Cathy) and Tom Kalbaugh (Rosetta).
