He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Eugene Bert and Robert Hoke. He is survived by: his parents, James R Hoke, Sr. and Crystal Todd Hoke of Bullskin Twp; his sister Callie R. Neiderhiser (Luke) of Bullskin Twp; his nephew Jaxson James Neiderhiser; his fiancé Morgan Shields; his sister Colleen McBride (Jason); his nieces and nephews, Jason, Jayden and Vonny; his grandmother Iris Bert; his aunts, Mary (Roy Olinger), Roberta (Jeff Storey) and Melanie (Eric Cooper); his uncle Allen (Michelle Hoke); his cousins, Kyle, Kurt, Priscilla, Tabitha, Michael, Andrew and Kane; his pets, Riley Mae, Peanut, Superman and Bearcat; and also Thelma Hoke.
Due to the COVID pandemic, services and interment will be private.
