He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert G. Koehler Sr. and Ida Koehler (Busch); his wife Phyllis E. Koehler (Sutherland); his son Kevin H. Koehler; and his sister Edith Heffler.
He is survived by: his brother Robert L. Koehler (Jean); his children, Maura Keeney (Daniel L. Keeney), Michael F. Koehler (Annette Koehler), David G. Koehler and Brian J. Koehler (Marsha Koehler); his daughter-in-law Aleta "Cindy" Koehler; his grandchildren, Jennifer L. Parsons, Sean Koehler, Michael Koehler (Janine Koehler), Matthew Koehler (Kat Williams) and Caitlin C. Santone (Joseph Politz); and his great grandchildren, Elliana Koehler, Oliver Koehler and Adrian Keeney Politz.
