She is survived by: her siblings, Josephine Cernuska (John) of Hecla, Walter Witek (Agnes) of Mt. Pleasant and Edward Witek (Leona) of Irwin; and her brother-in-law John R. Kaputa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
