He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hagerman and Jennie May Eicher Hagerman; and his wife Patricia Louise Huey Hagerman. He is survived by: his children, Delphine Hagerman, Dennis C. Hagerman (Peggy) and Denise Hagerman; his grandchildren, Erin Muic (Larry), Brianne Gibbons, Eric Hagerman (Kelly) and Jill Raedels (Chris); his great grandchildren, Piper Davis, Avery Hagerman and Sloane Muic; and also Vickie Turner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
