He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard R. Elcock and Eleanor Pritchard Elcock. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ross Elcock; his children, Denise Knox (George "Rusty") of Connellsville, Debbie Elcock of Alverton, David Elcock (Jennifer) of Mount Pleasant and Dennis Elcock (Sherry) of Scottdale; his grandchildren, Adam McQuaide (Nichole), Jason McQuaide (Tonya), Derek Shaver (Julie), Abby Paetow (Michael), Hunter Elcock, Dalton Elcock, Stephen Elcock, Seth Elcock and Shawn Wisnewski (Cindi); his great grandchildren, Jack, Leah McQuaide and Nolan Shaver; and his sisters, Judy Costanza of St. Louis Missouri and Barbara Sharon.
