She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jurkowski and Sophia Osinski Jurkowski; and her siblings, Madeline Czarniak (Edward), John (Betty), William (Peggy) and Leonard Jurkowski.
She is survived by: her husband William S. Levendosky; her children, Ronald Levendosky (Nancy) and Sharon Rassamni (A. J.); her sister Patricia Czerniak (Edward); her sister-in-law Mary Lou Jurkowski; and her grandchildren, Nicole Shedlock (Markie), Joshua Levendosky, Angela DeFlitch (Brenton), Candice Levendosky, Mark and Alex Rassamni. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and many good friends.
