He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene F. Kelly and Joanne Minick Kelly; his wife Catherine Gorny Kelly; his sons, Eugene E. Kelly (MaryBeth) and Robert Kelly (Kisa); his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Exavior and Espyn; and his siblings, Diane Polczynski (William), David Kelly (Terry), Paul Kelly (Sharon) and Lori Kelly. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial donations be made in Eugene's name to the Mt. Pleasant Cat Committee.
