He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lucas and Mary Lucas (Bankovich); his wife Lois Lucas (Polcha); and his siblings, John, Joseph, Walter, Edward, Eugene, Mary, Eleanor and Margaret.
He is survived by: his brother Bernard; his daughters, Janice Meikle (Scott), Louise Cernuto (Skip) and Mary Ellen Sebek (Dave); his grandchildren, Allison Willis (Jason), Scott Meikle (Christine) and Drs; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Dane Willis, Colton, Ella Meikle, Anthony, Ethan Shuster, Kalie, Abby, Mason Sebek and Maddy Corcoran.
Everyone must wear a mask, 25 people permitted in the building at a time and social distancing is required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in honor of Emil to St. Florian Church, P.O. Box 187, United PA 15689.
