She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Nedrow and Sarah Waters Nedrow; her husband John "Boots" Forbes; and her siblings, Dan Nedrow, JoAnn Mizikar, Lee Ann Lamosek and Dolores Vissari.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Forbes (Diane) and Jack Forbes (Marilyn); her grandchildren, Nathan Forbes (Sarah), Chelsea Conway (Shawn) and Jason Forbes; her great grandchild Alexander Forbes; and her siblings, Richard Nedrow (Carol) and Janice Antolik (George).
