He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Edgar Neff and Edna Neff Petterson (Headrick); and his brother Stanley Eugene Neff. He is survived by: his wife Joan McBeth Neff (Love); his daughters, Laurie Neff Wode (Larry) of Westerville and Mellissa Neff Dennis (Billy) of Cape Coral, Fla.; his grandchildren, Davin, Lauren, Sierra and Ava; his stepchildren, Sheryl Falvo (Eugene) of Waynesburg, Lisa Barclay (Wayne) of Scottdale and Kelly Robles (Abel) of Poland, Ohio; his stepgrandchildren, Craig Falvo, Allison Gilbert and Brianne Gilbert; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ella, Ezra, Miles, Peyton, Taylor and Isaiah; and his brother Donald Carl Neff (Judy) of Beaufort, S. C.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
