She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Mientus and Anna Pinkosky Mientus; her husband Daniel G. Koval; and her sister Donna Ludvigson. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Koval, Karen Koval (Matt Mulvihill) and Mark Koval (Angela); her grandchildren, Alex Koval (Lauren), Megan Milbury (Ben) and Ryan Koval; and her sister Debra Arlotta (Vince).
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to The Alzheimer's Association, in loving memory of Dorothy J. Koval.
