She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl D. Hardin and Elsie Hazel Smitley Matthews; her former husband Frank Cheek; her husband Bruno Siko; her son James Cheek; her brothers, James and Robert Hardin; and her half-brother William Hardin of Connellsville.
She is survived by: her brother Glass Co; her children, Rosellen Eutsey (John) of Mount Pleasant, Edward Cheek (Diane) of Mount Pleasant and John Cheek (Patricia) of Mount Pleasant; her grandchildren, William Eutsey (Wendy), Lynette James (Jeffrey), Kevin Cheek (Natalie), Jessica Love (Jeffrey), Allison Cheek and Megan Cheek; her great grandchildren, Mazzy Tomallo and Leon Love; and her half-sister Virginia Whittaker of Connellsville.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Transfiguration of Our Lord Polish National Catholic Church in memory of Dolores F. Cheek Siko.
