She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Santorella and Elizabeth A. Adams Santorella; her brother Leonard Santorella Jr.; and her pet Casino. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Karfelt Jr. (Robert); her grandsons, Robbie and Ryan Karfelt; her sister Joyce Zimmerman; her fiancé Dave Childers; her nieces and nephews, Shawn Zimmerman and Lenise Grabiak (Jonathan); and her great-niece Isabella. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society or the American Cancer society, in Memory of Diane Santorella Bechtold.
