He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Jack E. Mascia and Janet L. Mascia (O'Farrell) of Butler; his daughter Avery Lee Masica; the mother of his child Jennifer Kadylak of Mount Pleasant, PA.; and his brother Christopher J. Mascia of Scottsdale, AZ.. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
