He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Firestone and Lottie Firestone; his son Daniel Firestone, Jr.; and his sister Mary Lou Hamborsky. He is survived by: his wife Cairn Firestone (Miller); his children, Gregory, Frank, Matthew Sr. and Sarah Landis; his grandchildren, Jessica, Rachel, Samantha, Ben, Erin, Raina, Josey and Matthew Jr.; and his sister Norma Sue Soliday.
