He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herman and Clara Herman (Barnhart); his nephew Bobby; his wife Mary Catherine Herman (Kraynak); his son-in-law Kevin A. Wilkins; and his siblings, Albert Herman, Robert Herman, Gertrude (Collins) and Erma (King).
He is survived by: his nephew Kenny Herman; and his children, Linda Wilkins of Mount Pleasant, Susan Cenkner (John) of Acme, Mary Lou Basinger (Doug) of Acme, Debi Hovanec of Mount Pleasant, Sandy Pinskey (Rocky) of Mount Pleasant, Christine Orazi (Jeff) of North Huntingdon, Ray Herman (Lucy) of Greensburg, Tim Herman of Mount Pleasant and Alan Herman (Heather) of Acme. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
