It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. Marshall of Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned R. Marshall and Lorraine Peffer Marshall. He is survived by: his brother William T. Marshall (Debbie); his niece Leah; and his nephew Zach. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
