She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Burnsworth and Lourine Burnsworth (Krob); her husband Frank L. Howard, II; her son Frank L. "Larry" Howard, III; and her siblings, Orville, Donald, Raymond, Harry, Thomas, Walter, Carl, Richard Burnsworth, Esther Nicholson, Viola Nicholson Miller and Irene Burnsworth.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Howard (Robin) of Greensburg and Lisa Lilley (Richard) of Mt. Pleasant; her grandchildren, Ronald Jr. (Angel), Bryon, Eric (Monica), Tim (Annie), David (Allison), Rachel and Katie; her great grandchildren, Dominic, Austin, Angelo, Dakota and Layla; her sisters, Edith Porterfield of Connellsville, Marie Sines of Connellsville and Patty Mulnix of Connellsville; her daughter-in-law Shelly; and her granddaughter Elena Corsaro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
